There is no way Biden wrote this, he was probably asleep when it was released to the press. This had to come from some millennial Twitter blue checkmark.
In a country that has incredibly strict gun laws, Former Prime Minister Shinzo Abe was shot while making a campaign speech. Shinzo is a beacon of democracy and took a hard-line stance against the CCP.
The president used the assassination to comment on gun violence not to stand for democracy.
Biden said, “I am stunned, outraged, and deeply saddened by the news that my friend Abe Shinzo, former Prime Minister of Japan, was shot and killed while campaigning. This is a tragedy for Japan and for all who knew him. I had the privilege to work closely with Prime Minister Abe. As Vice President, I visited him in Tokyo and welcomed him to Washington. He was a champion of the Alliance between our nations and the friendship between our people. The longest serving Japanese Prime Minister, his vision of a free and open Indo-Pacific will endure. Above all, he cared deeply about the Japanese people and dedicated his life to their service. Even at the moment he was attacked, he was engaged in the work of democracy. While there are many details that we do not yet know, we know that violent attacks are never acceptable and that gun violence always leaves a deep scar on the communities that are affected by it. The United States stands with Japan in this moment of grief. I send my deepest condolences to his family.”
Joe Biden says that assassinating Shinzo Abe is a problem of “gun violence.” This is perhaps the stupidest thing he has ever said, and that is saying something. pic.twitter.com/NTm1Mpwu3W

The shooting has nothing to do with gun violence, it was clearly a political hit.
Shinzo Abe has been one of the fiercest anti-communists in all of Asia and was never afraid to stand up to the CCP. He dedicated his life to defending his country

Shinzo was campaigning on keeping Tawain safe.
The US should make clear it will defend Taiwan against Chinese invasion

Meanwhile, we have a president who is railing against “gun violence” and selling our oil to the Chinese.
