As the 2024 election gains momentum, Joe Biden is facing challenges in garnering support from black voters.
Attempting to improve his image, his campaign shared a video of Biden buying fried chicken for black children.
A recent poll conducted by ABC News and the Washington Post indicates that in a potential rematch against Trump, Biden is trailing with 42 percent of registered voters compared to Trump’s 52 percent.
The majority of Americans, about 74 percent, view the economy as poor. This sentiment has led to a rejection of what critics call “Bidenomics,” the economic agenda promoted by Joe Biden.
The state of the economy is bleak. High inflation rates, soaring grocery prices, record-high mortgage rates, and exorbitant gas prices are plaguing the nation.
Black and Latino communities are increasingly distancing themselves from Joe Biden, evident by his declining approval rating among black voters which has dropped significantly by 17 points since his first year in office according to an NBC poll.
In an effort to connect with young individuals like Christian and Carter from the community and their involvement in schools, Biden posted a video on X platform.
However, the video appears contrived and uncomfortable as Biden struggles to show genuine interest in their lives while they discuss topics such as school and sports.

In 2020, Biden told black radio host Charlamagne Tha God, “If you have a problem figuring out whether you’re for me or Trump, then you ain’t Black!”
This is disgusting.
