Kamala Harris, the Democratic presidential nominee, recently conducted her first media interview since winning the nomination. However, according to a body language expert, her performance has sparked concerns about her confidence and presidential demeanor.
Body language professional Susan Constantine offered her analysis to Fox News Digital after watching Harris’s interview on CNN with her running mate, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz.
Constantine noted that Harris frequently glanced downward while addressing questions, which she feels diminishes her sense of authority and authenticity.

When you’re breaking gaze, that is a form of deflection,” she said. “So when you’re removing an eye gaze, not making good eye contact, it’s just showing me that she’s not confident in what she’s saying.”
Constantine observed that during the interview, the interaction between Harris and Walz caught her attention. She noted that Harris seemed to be seeking validation from Walz, who appeared more composed.
“She is looking for that signal from Walz to see if he’s on board. Many times when we see him, he’s got…
