A since fired Nashville, Tennessee, police officer who went viral after touching a woman’s breast during an “OnlyFans skit” that involved his participation in a fake traffic stop in a warehouse parking lot in late April while in uniform now faces charges, his former employer of three years has announced.

Sean Herman, 33, was booked for two felony charges following his arrest at home Thursday, according to the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department. Those charges allege that Herman committed official misconduct when, on April 26, he “took part in a mock traffic stop in an OnlyFans skit during which he groped the exposed breast of the female driver,” identified as an OnlyFans model named Jordin who said in the video “I’m not going to get a ticket […] I’m going to show him my t–s.”

Meanwhile, Herman was playing the role of “Officer Johnson” touching his pants, police concluded.

While the “Can’t believe he didn’t arrest me” video made the rounds on the internet, it began garnering national news attention in May, when NewsChannel 5 investigative reporter Levi Ismail learned of the video and started looking into it.

Though the video in question did not show Herman’s face, the department patch on his uniform was visible and police started their own investigation, cops said.

Herman was quickly fired as a result.

“Chief John Drake fired Herman, 33, on May 9, one day after Specialized Investigations Division detectives discovered the video and identified him as the person in an MNPD uniform, seen in the video from the chest down,” the department said.

The “Can’t believe he didn’t arrest me” video, Jordin explained during an interview with OutKick, was supposed to be funny and help boost her OnlyFans brand.

She said that she’d met Herman in the past but that a follow-up encounter on Reddit rekindled their contact.

“I met the officer a while back in person for a few moments and one day he saw me on my Reddit and reached out about potentially filming a full video at some point in the future,” Jordan said in the OutKick interview. “In the meantime I had an idea to do a ‘fake’ traffic stop where I’d flash him to get out of a ticket.”

While Herman’s former employer evidently didn’t find it so funny, Jordin additionally said Herman is a “very respectful guy, very polite, and wasn’t an officer that would’ve fit a profile that many are lumping him into.”
