Reports have surfaced revealing that the Biden administration has been conducting clandestine charter flights to transport undocumented immigrants from foreign airports to various cities in the United States.

This covert operation has been conducted during a surge of illegal crossings at the southern border.

Customs and Border Protection (CBP), a division of Alejandro Mayorka’s Department of Homeland Security, has been leading these undisclosed operations.

In a recent lawsuit under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), CBP attorneys declined to disclose information about the program, citing potential national security risks, as reported by Daily Mail.

The Center for Immigration Studies (CIS), an organization known for advocating stricter immigration policies, stated that these secretive flights have enabled around 320,000 undocumented immigrants to enter at least 43 different U.S. airports between January and December 2023.

It has been proposed that the CBP One mobile app was instrumental in facilitating this operation.

Originally designed to streamline the asylum application process, the app seems to have been adapted to issue travel authorization and temporary humanitarian release to individuals from diverse nations.

CBP lawyers wrote that revealing the airports would ‘reveal information about the relative number of individuals arriving, and thus resources expended at particular airports.’

That would in turn reveal ‘operational vulnerabilities that could be exploited by bad actors altering their patterns of conduct, adopting new methods of operation, and taking other countermeasures.’

They added this could ‘thereby undermin[e] CBP’s law enforcement efforts to secure the United States borders.’

Elon Musk reacted upon learning about this damning revelation.
