Kevin O’Leary, from “Shark Tank,” has joined the critics slamming Brazil’s government for banning X, a popular platform. He warned President Lula about the delicate situation he’s in.

“People want technology, and they want to communicate,” O’Leary said. “This is a service they like using.”
O’Leary, speaking on “Cavuto: Coast to Coast,” praised Elon Musk for standing his ground against Brazil’s leadership. The X ban has caused quite the uproar.

“If you look at history, this doesn’t end well for leaders like Lula,” O’Leary said. “It’s what the people want. And Musk knows that.”
This ban is part of a larger conflict between a Brazilian Supreme Court justice and Musk. Starlink’s financial accounts were also frozen, and Musk owns 40% of it.
Musk tweeted on Friday that Brazil’s leadership is “shutting down the #1 source of truth in Brazil.”
“Musk doesn’t care which country or leader it is. If they don’t want his tech in the Amazon, he’ll shut it off. He doesn’t care,” O’Leary said.
O’Leary argued Musk can do what he wants with X because he controls it. “He’s a real poo-poo disturber… and I love that about him.”
Despite the backlash, O’Leary predicts the X ban will be lifted soon. He believes it’s damaging Brazil’s economy by halting business growth.
“Everyone wants to invest in Brazil because of its growth,” O’Leary said. “The demand for goods, services, and technology is rising fast.”
