The iconic duo who used to be the Power Couple of ‘Storage Wars’ are now no longer together.

The once dynamic duo on A&E’s Storage Wars, Jarrod Schultz and Brandi Passante have found themselves in a legal predicament.  Passante, who has ended her romantic relationship with her former on-screen partner, Schultz, was spending time with friends at a bar in Orange County when he unexpectedly appeared.

This encounter led to a heated argument between the two, culminating in Schultz shoving Passante despite her requests for him to leave. Consequently, Schultz now faces arrest on domestic violence battery charges for his actions against his ex-wife and former co-star.

An Orange County law enforcement source provided details to TMZ about the incident, explaining that Schultz lost his composure during the intense confrontation. Although he wasn’t arrested on the spot, Passante reported the assault, leading to police questioning Schultz a few days afterward.

Schultz denied the allegations, even though multiple eyewitnesses confirmed the events that unfolded at the bar. When the police arrived, Schultz had already left the scene. Passante’s police report corroborated the witnesses’ accounts, stating that her ex-partner had shoved her twice.

Despite Schultz’s denial of any wrongdoing, the Orange County District Attorney’s Office sided with Passante. After reviewing her testimony, they charged Schultz with one count of misdemeanor domestic violence battery. The couple, once known as “the young guns” on Storage Wars, appeared together for twelve seasons. However, fans were heartbroken when Passante announced that they had separated and would be bidding independently on the show starting from the thirteenth season. The couple’s search for treasures and valuables in abandoned storage units had come to an end.

In the April 20, 2021 episode, Passante revealed, “I’m not with Jarrod anymore.” She confirmed that their relationship had ended after filming concluded for the twelfth season in November 2018. Contrary to their portrayal as husband and wife on Storage Wars, the two were never married. They were business partners with a romantic connection and shared two children, Cameron and Payton.

TMZ reached out to Jarrod Schultz for comment on the April 30, 2021 assault in Orange County, but he did not respond and has remained silent on the charges against him thus far. The thirteenth season of Storage Wars continues with many of the familiar faces that brought the show to fame on the A&E network. This season’s cast includes Dan and Laura Dotson, Brandi Passante, Jarrod Schultz, Darrell Sheets, Kenny Crossley, Rene Nezhoda, Casey Nezhoda, and Ivy Calvin and his sons, according to an A&E press release.

One notable absence from this season is the “yup” man, Dave Hester. There is no additional information regarding why he is not participating in the latest season. Darrell Sheets, however, came out of retirement to join the cast for the thirteenth season of the popular reality show.
