One of the things the Biden administration has done well is showing us how completely incompetent the government can be.
A political stunt at the CDC has backfired and they are refusing to comment about it.
European health officials confirmed that the small global outbreak of monkeypox occurred at two large pride events.
Reuters reported:
Madrid authorities have been working on tracing the cases mainly from a single outbreak in a sauna, regional health chief Enrique Ruiz Escudero told reporters on Friday. The word sauna is used in Spain to describe establishments popular with gay men looking for sex rather than just a bathhouse.
“The Public Health Department will carry out an even more detailed analysis… to control contagion, cut the chains of transmission and try to mitigate the transmission of this virus as much as possible,” Escudero added.
Reports from numerous sources and health officials (including the World Health Organization) have said that monkeypox is mainly spread by skin-to-skin contact and the exchanging of bodily fluids.
But we know that the Biden administration is hellbent on keeping Americans in masks as much as possible so the CDC (in their infinite wisdom) raised the alert level to two and recommended that Americans wear masks to stop the spread of monkeypox. The change was made on the CDC’s website on June 6, 2022, around 1:00 pm.

However, by 3:00 am on June 7, 2022, the demand to wear masks was deleted.

So far there are 31 known cases of the monkeypox in the United States since the May 2022 outbreak began. New York City has the most recorded cases followed by California.
